Basic Policy
To completely sever all ties with antisocial forces that threaten social order and safety, Misesapo Co., Ltd. has established the following basic policy, which all officers and employees will observe.
- Severing Ties: We will have no dealings whatsoever with antisocial forces. We will also refuse all unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
- Organizational Response: We respond as an organization to unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, rather than leaving the matter solely to the staff member or department in charge.
- Prohibition on providing funds: We will never provide funds to antisocial forces, engage in backroom dealings, or offer improper favors.
- Cooperation with External Experts: We maintain close working relationships in ordinary times with external experts and organizations, including the police, the Center for Promotion of the Anti-Violence Movement, and attorneys.
- Legal action: We will take a firm legal stance, pursuing both civil and criminal remedies against unjust demands by antisocial forces.

Application to Service Agreements
Our terms of service and related contracts include provisions excluding antisocial forces. We will respond strictly to any such affiliation discovered or violations identified after a contract has been signed.
