Things to Check Before Requesting Service
For multiple stores, exceptions at individual locations and internal approval processes may affect whether work can be performed, scheduling, and costs. Before requesting an estimate or service, both parties confirm the scope and conditions.
- Scope of work
- Areas covered, included work, and excluded work
- Store conditions
- Business hours, access, on-site attendance, and whether equipment needs to be shut down
- Cost conditions
- Base costs, conditions for additional work, and approval process
- Reporting and point of contact
- Report details, sharing recipients, and the points of contact between stores and head office
Can I consult you before deciding on the number of stores or the work details?
Yes, that's fine. Please share what you know, such as the number of locations, areas covered, and any issues of concern. We will let you know what additional information is needed based on the details.
Can I continue working with my current provider?
If you would like to continue working with or retain contracts with your existing cleaning or repair providers, please let us know. After reviewing the contract terms and scope of work, we will explain how to coordinate them with your new request.
What information is needed for an estimate?
Even if you are unsure what the work is called, please share whatever you know about the symptoms, where they are occurring, the store concerned, and your preferred timing. If we need photos or the equipment model number, we will let you know.
Can we discuss either a centrally managed contract through head office or separate contracts for each store?
Contract and payment methods vary depending on your company’s structure and how your stores are operated. We’ll discuss your preferences and explain the available arrangements along with the contract terms.
