What was done, when, and at which store—and what needs to be checked next? We aim to connect the necessary information so both on-site teams and head office can easily confirm the status.

In addition to cleaning and equipment-related work, Misesapo supports you with organizing your inquiry, confirming schedules and site conditions, and managing post-work reports and records. We will explain in advance what work will be carried out, who will handle it, and what will be included in reports, based on the store, region, and contract terms.

Misesapo Co., Ltd. handles inquiries about cleaning, equipment maintenance, repairs, and emergency call-outs, drawing on a nationwide network of partner companies. Its store and brand management system can organize stores, brands, business categories, areas, request details, estimates, work photos, service status, completion reports, and history.

Keeping records alone cannot prevent problems or recurrence. We support you with both the work itself and the information you need, so you can review what was observed on-site in each store’s service history and use it to inform future cleaning, inspections, and repairs.
