POLICY / 01
Our Core Principle: Creating an Environment for the Future of the Cleaning Industry
Guided by the principle “Dirt = risk; cleaning = risk mitigation,” Misesapo Co., Ltd. regards cleaning and maintenance services not as mere tasks, but as highly specialized work that supports society’s infrastructure.
We consider enhancing our brand value—and thereby dispelling the negative image commonly associated with the cleaning industry and creating a workplace where employees and workers can take pride in their work—one of our top management priorities.
POLICY / 02
Three pillars for improving the work environment
1. Establishing a Compensation System at the Highest Industry Standards
2. New Employee Training Program to Develop Expertise
3. Clarifying Workplace Health and Safety and Career Paths
- We will establish a fair evaluation system that reflects employees’ abilities and contributions, raising compensation standards across the industry.
- In particular, taking into account the cost of living and specialized skills in the Tokyo metropolitan area, we aim to offer compensation at the highest level in Tokyo to attract and retain talented people.
- We provide a comprehensive training program covering not only specialist knowledge of cleaning and maintenance, but also information security, risk management, and customer service skills.
- We provide OJT with experienced veterans and learning opportunities using digital tools. We are committed to developing new employees and strongly support their growth as professionals.
- We will thoroughly manage health and safety to provide all employees and workers with a safe and healthy working environment.
- Based on a transparent evaluation system, we establish clear career paths that everyone can pursue, including opportunities to develop skills and advance to management positions, helping maintain motivation over the long term.
