These Terms set out the rights and obligations between us and users regarding the use of the cleaning and maintenance services we provide (the “Services”). Users must agree to all of these Terms before using the Services.
- Our Company: Misesapo Co., Ltd.
- Customer: A person who places an order for work through this service.
- Worker: A contractor who receives and performs work through this service.
- This Platform: The entire system through which we provide this service, including websites and applications operated by us.

Chapter 2: Provision of Services and Contracts

This service provides a platform for customers and workers to enter into service contracts. Misesapo does not directly undertake cleaning or maintenance work. A contract is formed when a match is made on the platform.
To register, workers must meet the work quality standards and legal compliance standards established by our company (including requirements related to residence status for foreign workers).
Customers shall pay for use of the service using a payment method designated by the Company. Worker compensation will be paid on a date specified by the Company, after deducting the fee prescribed by the Company.

Users must not engage in any of the following activities while using this service.
Our responsibility is limited to providing the matching opportunities offered by this service. As a general rule, we assume no responsibility for work-related disputes, accidents, damages, or breaches of contract between customers and workers.
- Acts that violate laws and regulations or legally binding administrative measures.
- Providing false information or registering with false personal information, such as the residence status of foreign workers.
- The act of a customer and worker entering into a contract directly without using this Platform (circumvention).

Chapter 4: Miscellaneous
Article 10 (Amendments to These Terms)
We may amend these terms if we deem it necessary, without obtaining the user’s consent. If a user uses the service after the terms have been amended, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
