Our cleaning and facility management services are business services for corporations and sole proprietors. Most of our transactions fall outside the scope of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, which is intended to protect general consumers.

1. Scope of Services

1. Services Covered

The various services provided by Misesapo, including cleaning quality management, facility management, and IC tag systems, are intended for the following types of businesses.

Our services are offered under contracts for business purposes. We do not accept service purchases from individuals or households acting as consumers.

The quotation request form and inquiry channels on our website are intended for business discussions about our services and do not serve as purchasing channels for general consumers.

• Corporations (including stock companies, limited companies, NPO corporations, etc.)
• Sole proprietors (such as people using the service for business purposes, including restaurant and retail operators and event organizers)

2. Contract Terms

2. Applicability of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

All our contracts are entered into as business-to-business (B2B) transactions and are handled as follows.

• The Specified Commercial Transactions Act does not apply: Our service sales do not constitute transactions with general consumers subject to regulations under the Act, such as “mail-order sales,” “specified continuous service offerings,” or “door-to-door sales.”
• Cooling-Off Period Does Not Apply: The Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply, so the cooling-off system is not applicable.
• Contract Cancellation and Refunds: Matters concerning contract cancellation and refunds are governed strictly by the separately executed “Terms of Service” and “Individual Contract,” not by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Due to the nature of the services we provide, we do not accept cancellations after work has been completed.
