QUESTIONS / FAQ

Questions About Scope of Services and Specialist Work

How should we determine which work can be handled through cleaning and which requires a qualified professional or specialist contractor?

We clarify which tasks involve cleaning to remove dirt, inspections to assess conditions, or work requiring parts replacement or regulatory compliance. Even when it is difficult to determine what is needed, we can use photos and symptoms to advise what to check next. Send us the number of stores, areas to be serviced, and preferred work times to request a quote.

Are there tasks for which we should check official information?

When fire safety, fire prevention equipment, fluorocarbons, waste, occupational safety, or other regulated areas are involved, it is important to check official information from the relevant government agencies and municipalities. Misesapo organizes the work to be carried out and the regulations that stores should refer to.

If I'm not sure whether you can do the work, what should I send you?

Please provide photos of the areas to be covered, the symptoms, equipment names or model numbers, and the times when work can be carried out at your store. We will advise whether to start with cleaning, inspection, repairs, or specialist assessment. You can request an estimate by providing the number of stores, work areas, and preferred times for the work.

Are there stains that cleaning cannot remove or tasks that are excluded?

Work involving material deterioration, stains that have seeped in, damage, or electrical, fire-safety, or manufacturer-related requirements may need to be assessed separately from cleaning. Before work begins, we will check the situation and, where necessary, confirm whether the work falls within the scope of referring you to a specialist contractor or qualified professional. Send us the number of stores, work locations, and convenient work hours to request a quote.
