SIGNS / 01
Common Issues with Commercial Kitchen Equipment
Symptoms and equipment conditions vary depending on the model, installation environment, and store operations. The following are examples to help you organize the situation when seeking advice. If there is a safety risk, prioritize your store or facility’s safety procedures over work or taking photos.
Changes in cooling performance or ice production volume
Record the symptoms, when they started, any displayed error codes, and the equipment model. For food storage and other safety-related decisions, follow the store's sanitation procedures and the manufacturer's guidance.
Cleaning issues and drainage problems
Separate the checks that can be done during routine maintenance from those requiring repairs or equipment inspections. Follow the responsible person’s procedures when disassembling equipment or handling power or gas.
Unsure whether to repair, replace, or expand
We organize the years of use, repair history, impact on business operations, installation space, and delivery route, then identify whom to consult based on what you are considering.
BEFORE CONSULTATION / 02
Please provide whatever information you can before your consultation.
Please share whatever you know about the manufacturer, model, quantity, years since installation, and symptoms of the kitchen equipment. If an on-site inspection or additional materials are needed, we’ll ask about the situation and then advise you.
- Manufacturer, model, quantity, years since installation, and symptoms
- Connection requirements for power, gas, water supply and drainage, and exhaust
- Installation space, delivery route, and removal of existing equipment
- Repair history, existing estimates, and preferred work timing
Cleaning, manufacturer repairs, equipment selection and sales, and installation work are separate services. We will confirm the services available, equipment handled, costs, warranties, and responsibility for the work on a case-by-case basis before providing details.
We will advise you on whether work on commercial kitchen equipment is possible, the method, schedule, and cost after checking the equipment's condition and the requirements of the store, region, contract, and facility.
