Ordering Tasks That Often Fall to Store Staff
When different vendors handle different services, store managers and head office staff have to repeat the same explanations and track estimates, schedules, keys, access, post-work photos, and invoices separately. Issues such as odors during business hours, clogged drains, air conditioning problems, pests, and damage often need prompt attention, but it can take time to determine which vendor to contact.
- Contacts for cleaning companies, pest control providers, HVAC contractors, and repair contractors are handled separately.
- Without post-work photos or reports, it is difficult for the head office to confirm completion.
- Even when the same issue recurs, it can be difficult to tell how much work was done previously.

Scope of Work Misesapo Can Handle
We handle inquiries from stores, check symptoms, determine the work required, prepare estimates, arrange services, coordinate schedules, and provide post-work reports. Rather than simply arranging individual jobs, we assess the conditions at each store and organize the cleaning, equipment, and repair work needed so it is easy to request.
- We can coordinate grease trap cleaning, drain cleaning, kitchen floor cleaning, exhaust system cleaning, air-conditioning, pest control, toilet and dining area cleaning, and minor repairs.
- We will also confirm key and access arrangements for work after closing, early in the morning, on closed days, or while the store is unoccupied.
- After the work, we save photos, details of the work performed, outstanding issues, and an indication of when the next service is due in the store’s history.

Get started while keeping your existing contractor
You do not need to switch everything at once. You can keep tasks that your current vendors are handling well and move tasks prone to being missed, tasks for which reports are hard to collect, or tasks that place a heavy burden on store staff to Misesapo.
- We separate tasks to be handled by your existing contractor from those to be assigned to Misesapo.
- You can start with selected stores, brands, or frequently occurring tasks.
- If you have an existing estimate or report, you can consult us with its contents redacted.

Information Head Office Can Review
Requests, estimates, arrangements, post-work photos, invoices, and store histories are managed in the system. Even when store managers or assigned staff change, it is easier to check what happened at each store and how much work has been completed. Keeping routine records can also support recovery arrangements in an emergency and information sharing with head office.
- Keep a record of the store name, brand, location, work details, and work date.
- We record before-and-after photos, work performed, outstanding issues, and possible items for next time.
- For multiple stores, work commonly required by area and brand is displayed in an easy-to-review format.
- As part of BCP measures, we keep records of each store’s equipment condition and work history as information to support decision-making.

Information That Helps Us Get Started Quickly
Knowing your current ordering process, whether you use existing providers, the tasks that arise frequently, the number of stores involved, and what you want to see in reports can make it easier to define the scope of the transition. If you do not have all this information, you can start with the tasks that come up most often.
- Stores covered, brands, regions, and business types.

QUESTIONS / FAQ
Questions about consolidated outsourcing of ordering for cleaning, facilities, and repairs
Can I request services even if cleaning, facility work, and repairs are ordered separately?
You can place a request. We can handle intake, estimates, arrangements, scheduling, and post-work reports together, while separating tasks that remain with your current providers from those shifted to Misesapo. Store-by-store work histories, photo reports, and billing information can be retained, making it easier to reduce the burden on store managers and head office of checking each item individually. Send us the number of stores, work areas, and preferred work hours to request an estimate.
Can we get started while keeping our existing contractor?
You can get started. Keep work that is proceeding smoothly with existing contractors, and shift to Misesapo work that is difficult to report on centrally, difficult to find a contractor for on short notice, or placing a heavy burden on store staff. You can also start with selected stores, areas, or tasks, then expand while reviewing the reports after each job. Send us the number of stores, work locations, and times that are convenient for the work to request an estimate.
What ordering tasks can we handle for you?
We can handle inquiries from stores, check symptoms, determine the work required, prepare estimates, coordinate schedules, share access requirements, collect post-work photos, and manage billing. We can coordinate common store-related work, including grease traps, drainage, kitchen floors, exhaust systems, air conditioning, pest control, restrooms, dining areas, and minor repairs. Send us the number of stores, work locations, and preferred work times to request an estimate.
What information should we share to get started?
Please tell us the number of stores, brands, regions, common cleaning, equipment, or repair needs, current service providers, and what you would like to see in reports. If you don’t have all the information yet, you can start with frequently needed work or stores that need help. You can request a quote by sending us the number of stores, work locations, and times that are convenient for the work.
Can I consult you about ordering services on behalf of a single store?
Yes, you can. Even for a single store, when cleaning, HVAC, drainage, pest control, and repairs are handled by different providers, it can be useful to keep a record of the work and information for deciding what to do next. Start by bringing only the tasks you need help with to Misesapo, and expand to regular management or store service history tracking as needed. Send us the number of stores, work locations, and preferred work hours to request an estimate.
