SCOPE / 01
What you can discuss with us about initial cleaning
We define the scope of initial cleaning based on the items below. The specialists required and the steps for checking will vary depending on the condition of the equipment and the facility.
- Please let us know the areas to be cleaned, work duration, and items you would like to assess during the initial service.
- We will clarify what can be completed as a one-time job and what may be better handled on a recurring basis.
- We review post-work photos and reports and use them to plan the conditions for the next service.
WHEN TO CONSULT / 02
Examples of initial cleaning inquiries
Please share what you can about the issues related to initial cleaning, the number of locations, and any impact on operations.
- I’m considering a first-time service and want to see the work quality and reporting process
- Want to determine priority areas and frequency before scheduling regular cleaning
- Want to compare the work, frequency, and reporting with another company’s quote
BEFORE ESTIMATE / 03
Information to Share Before Requesting an Estimate
The information needed—such as an on-site assessment, photos, or equipment details—depends on the equipment and issues related to initial cleaning. We’ll advise you about anything you’re unsure of after the initial consultation.
- Work you would like to try, store issues, photos, work you are considering making recurring, and preferred frequency
- Location and number or quantity of the relevant stores and equipment (to the extent known)
- Symptoms or conditions of concern and when they began
Disassembling or repairing equipment, work on building-side piping, and the collection, transport, or disposal of sludge, waste oil, and other materials may be separate from cleaning. When requesting an estimate, confirm the areas covered, how collected materials will be handled, and the facility’s hygiene and safety rules.
When reviewing an initial cleaning estimate, please confirm the areas covered, included and excluded work, schedule, cost, and how work will be reported afterward.
QUESTIONS / 04
Questions about initial cleaning
What can we discuss about initial cleaning?
For initial cleaning, we check the types and materials of kitchen equipment and drainage areas, the condition of any dirt or blockages, and the availability of water, power, and drainage. We then define the scope of cleaning, inspection, and repairs. Whether adjacent equipment or piping is included in the estimate is confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
What should I prepare before discussing initial cleaning?
Please prepare the names or photos of the equipment and drainage areas to be covered, the number or quantity, the condition of dirt, odors, and drainage flow, and when the previous work was carried out. We will also confirm the use of water, power, and drainage, protection of food and utensils, and conditions for resuming use after the work.
Can initial cleaning be considered for multiple locations?
If you are considering initial cleaning for multiple locations, we’ll check for differences in equipment, drainage facilities, working hours, and store rules. We’ll clarify the scope, how collected materials will be handled, any impact on operations, and how the work will be reported afterward.
