We’ll organize the quote details
A quote may not make it clear exactly what work is included or whether additional charges will apply. You may hide any details you wish to keep confidential, such as company names and unit prices. We’ll organize the work scope, frequency, time of day, and whether reports are provided, then distinguish between essential work and work that can be adjusted.
- Please contact us if your current estimate seems expensive.
- You can separate work to be done every month from work requested only when needed.
- Keep the necessary work and identify areas where adjustments can be made.
GUIDE / 02
Facility Size and Scope of Work
Even for the same floor area, the work time required varies depending on whether the focus is the kitchen or customer seating areas, and whether HVAC or drainage is included. When preparing a quote, we separate areas that tend to need attention every month from tasks that can be handled as one-off services.
- Areas such as kitchen floors, grease traps, range hoods, dining area floors, and restrooms.
- Equipment that can be moved, equipment that cannot be moved, and areas requiring protective covering.
- Separate monthly, every-other-month, seasonal, and annual tasks.
GUIDE / 03
Severity of soiling and work hours
Stores with heavy grease buildup, slime, drain odors, or pest risks may require more time or equipment than usual. Conditions such as working after closing, overnight, early in the morning, or on a regular day off can also affect the estimate.
- Business type and volume of oil use, slippery floors, drain odors, and whether pests are present.
- Late-night or early-morning work, noise restrictions, and time needed for drying.
- Crew size, vehicles, parking conditions, and access route.

Key handling and photo reports
For work carried out while a store is unattended and for managing multiple stores, it is important to have procedures for keys, security systems, access, post-work checks, and photo reports. We plan not only around the time needed for cleaning, but also the effort required for management.
- Key handover, security system disarming, and emergency contacts.
- Before-and-after photos, work completed, and whether a recommendation for next time was made.
- Arrangements for cases requiring head-office reports or store profiles.

Information That Improves Estimate Accuracy
You do not need to prepare perfect materials for your first inquiry, but photos and information about the store help us assess the work, staffing, timing, and whether any additional checks are needed.
- Store size, business type, areas to be cleaned, and when they were last professionally cleaned.
- Preferred work hours and any restrictions on keys, security, parking, or delivery access.
- Photos of the areas to be serviced, such as the grease trap, kitchen floor, exhaust system, air-conditioning, and pest-affected areas.

Points to note when comparing
Comparing only monthly fees or unit prices can make it easy to overlook post-work reports, key handling, additional checks, and how rework is handled. Checking the service details, exclusions, additional charges, and reporting method makes it easier to explain the comparison internally.
- Services provided, exclusions, and conditions that may incur additional charges.
- Late-night and early-morning availability, work that does not require you to be present, and whether photo reports are provided.
- For multiple stores: store-by-store billing, reporting formats, and history management.
QUESTIONS / FAQ
Questions about pricing and estimates
Can you offer a lower price than another company?
After reviewing the details, we may be able to adjust the arrangement while maintaining the scope and frequency of service. We cannot guarantee a discount, but we will clarify the work included in the estimate, exclusions, reporting, and work hours, and propose terms that can be sustained. We do not recommend reducing necessary work or reporting solely to lower costs. Send us the number of stores, work locations, and preferred work hours to request an estimate.
What documents are needed to compare estimates?
It helps to have the quote, service details, store list, work photos, current issues, and your preferred timing. PDFs and photos are also fine. You may hide any company names, contact names, unit prices, or other information you wish to keep confidential. Sharing the work items, quantities, frequency, time of day, and exclusions makes it easier to identify where quotes differ. Send us the number of stores, work locations, and preferred work times to request a quote.
What is the starting price for regular cleaning?
Misesapo’s regular cleaning plans generally start at ¥50,000 per month. The actual price is determined by quotation and varies depending on factors such as store size, services required, work-related conditions to be confirmed in advance (such as late-night or early-morning work), and whether we will hold the keys. Send us the number of stores, areas to be serviced, and preferred work times to request a quotation.
What determines the price of regular cleaning?
Costs are primarily determined by the services required, store size, severity of dirt, cleaning frequency, work hours, necessary equipment, and whether key custody or report management is required. Heavy grease around kitchens or drains may require more time or specialized expertise than standard floor cleaning. Send us the number of stores, work locations, and convenient work hours to request a quote.
Is an on-site visit required to prepare an estimate?
We can provide more accurate guidance if you share the condition of the soiling, equipment model number, work access routes, delivery route, and available work hours. Send photos or floor plans in advance, and we will clearly explain the next steps, including whether a site survey is needed. Send us the number of stores, areas to be serviced, and preferred work times to request a quote.
