GUIDE / 01
1. Send Us the Symptoms You’re Concerned About
Tell us what you are dealing with, such as kitchen odors, clogged drains, slippery floors, air conditioning problems, pests, or repairs. Photos can help us understand the situation more quickly.
- You can send photos, symptoms, and your preferred timing.
- You can start with whatever scope you have in mind, whether that's just the grease trap, just the floor, or multiple stores together.
GUIDE / 02
2. We’ll Let You Know Whether We Can Proceed Based on Photos
We determine whether the matter can be handled based on photos and a discussion, or whether an on-site inspection is needed. We will advise you on the next steps based on the situation, including equipment problems, odors, drainage, pests, and management of multiple stores.
- In some cases, we can provide an estimate based on photos.
- If an on-site inspection is needed, we will arrange a time that is convenient for the work.

3. We’ll Prepare an Estimate
We will prepare an estimate based on the work areas, time, crew size, equipment used, and reporting method. We will explain in advance how we handle areas that are likely to require additional work.
- You can consult us about either one-time service or regular management.
- Please contact us if your current estimate is unclear.
GUIDE / 04
4. We’ll Send You a Report After the Work
After the work, we report on the services performed, before-and-after photos, and anything noticed on site. If an area is prone to becoming dirty again or equipment may be faulty, we record this as a reference for the next cleaning or inspection.
- We keep before-and-after photos.
- Can be reviewed later as part of each store’s history.

You can also consult us about ordering on your behalf and pre-opening arrangements
Even when the request involves more than cleaning—such as equipment, repairs, pest control, leftover items, or kitchen equipment—the initial point of contact is the same. If you can provide details such as the number of stores, planned opening date, existing contractors, and photos, we will let you know what information we need next.
- If you would like to consolidate separately contracted services, please tell us your current providers and the number of service requests per month.
- For a previously fitted property or a pre-opening project, it helps to know the handover date, planned opening date, construction status, and whether electricity, water, and gas are available.
- Even if you are unsure what the work is called, we can identify the information needed for a site inspection and estimate based on photos and symptoms.
QUESTIONS / FAQ
Questions about the process from quote request to work completion
Is an on-site visit required to prepare an estimate?
We can provide more accurate guidance if you share the condition of the soiling, equipment model number, work access routes, delivery route, and available work hours. Send photos or floor plans in advance, and we will clearly explain the next steps, including whether a site survey is needed. Send us the number of stores, areas to be serviced, and preferred work times to request a quote.
Do I need to be present on the day of the work?
We recommend being present for the initial service or when the scope of work needs to be confirmed. If key custody and entry and exit procedures are in place, you can also request service while the store is unattended. Send us the number of stores, work areas, and preferred work times to request an estimate.
Do you provide a report after the work?
The published process allows you to review work performed and on-site conditions through sanitation reports. For regular cleaning, these reports can also help track the history of improvements.
How can I get in touch?
You can send us information about your store using the inquiry form, by phone, or by email. Our published phone number is 03-6231-1777, and our email address is info@misesapo.co.jp. To request a quote, please send us the number of stores, the areas to be serviced, and your preferred time for the work.
What should I prepare before requesting a quote?
Knowing the store's size, number of seats, kitchen equipment, available work hours, photos of the areas to be serviced, and past cleaning frequency makes it easier to determine the scope of work and priorities. If you would like work performed while the store is unattended, it helps to arrange access details in advance, including keys, security alarm procedures, entry and exit rules, emergency contacts, and equipment that must not be touched. Send us the number of stores, areas to be serviced, and preferred work times to request an estimate.
