QUESTIONS / FAQ
Questions About Work Results and Rework
How can misunderstandings about work results be reduced?
Before work begins, it is important to agree on the areas covered, exclusions, stains that may remain, equipment that must not be touched, and how completion will be confirmed. We align expectations based on photos and on-site conditions before proceeding.
How do you determine whether rework is necessary?
We review the photos and situation to determine whether the issue is a shortcoming in the agreed work or unexpected dirt or equipment deterioration. If needed, we will advise whether rework, additional work, or action at the next visit is appropriate.
Are there stains that cleaning cannot remove or tasks that are excluded?
Work involving material deterioration, stains that have seeped in, damage, or electrical, fire-safety, or manufacturer-related requirements may need to be assessed separately from cleaning. Before work begins, we will check the situation and, where necessary, confirm whether the work falls within the scope of referring you to a specialist contractor or qualified professional. Send us the number of stores, work locations, and convenient work hours to request a quote.
What should I keep in mind when switching vendors?
It is important to decide in advance how keys will be handled, how people will enter and exit, what work will be performed, what is excluded, where reports should be sent, and whom to contact in an emergency. To avoid confusion at the site, you can also roll out the change in stages, starting with selected stores or specific tasks.
