INITIAL SITUATION / 01
Inquiry details
We start by reviewing conditions in multiple areas, such as odors when the grease trap cover is opened, slime in drains or under the sink, and grease film in the corners of the kitchen floor.
- When and where odors become stronger
- Records of Routine Cleaning and Specialized Work
- Related symptoms such as slow drainage, slime, and pests
WHAT TO CHECK / 02
Items to organize in advance
Rather than assuming the grease trap is the only cause, we check the drains, grates, floor soiling, and cleaning frequency separately. If piping or building equipment may be involved, you will also need to check with the facility manager.
CONSULTATION FLOW / 03
From Inquiry to Work Completion
- 01
Organize the information you have, such as the store, issue, and photos
- 02
Guidance on whether an on-site inspection or photo review is needed
- 03
Confirm the work covered, costs, schedule, and handling of collected materials in the estimate
- 04
Share the post-service condition and any remaining issues in the agreed manner
We will advise whether the work can be performed, the method, schedule, and cost after checking the store location, equipment condition, contract, and facility rules.
