  • Organize store requests and identify the information needed
  • Share pre-work details with partner contractors and confirm the estimate, schedule, and whether the work can be performed
  • Present before-and-after photos, completion reports, and points to check next time in a way that is easy for customers to understand

  • Someone who handles photos, estimates, and reports carefully and can use them to support the next response

QUESTIONS / FAQ

Questions about hiring experienced store maintenance professionals

Can I put my experience at a store maintenance company to use?

You can put your experience to use. In addition to on-site cleaning and facility experience, we welcome experience in repair requests, estimate reviews, arranging partner contractors, process management, photo reports, and head office support.

Does operations and scheduling management work also involve on-site tasks?

It depends on the role. In some cases, the work focuses on on-site tasks; in others, it may center on organizing requests from stores, arranging partner contractors, coordinating schedules, and reviewing reports.

Is most of the work done late at night?

Since much of the work is done after restaurants close, shifts are mainly after closing, late at night, early in the morning, or on days off. We’ll confirm the hours for each job and offer work within a reasonable range.

What happens after I apply?

After you submit the form, we’ll review the details and contact you about the work and areas we can accommodate. We’ll then arrange an interview or confirm the terms as needed, before proceeding to review opportunities or begin work.
