QUESTIONS / FAQ
Questions about frequently asked questions before applying
Can I apply as a partner contractor if I am not a corporation?
Sole proprietors may also apply. We will confirm the types of work you can perform, service area, whether you have tools and a vehicle, and whether you can work at night, then discuss the terms for each assignment.
Can I put my experience at a store maintenance company to use?
You can put your experience to use. In addition to on-site cleaning and facility experience, we welcome experience in repair requests, estimate reviews, arranging partner contractors, process management, photo reports, and head office support.
Does operations and scheduling management work also involve on-site tasks?
It depends on the role. In some cases, the work focuses on on-site tasks; in others, it may center on organizing requests from stores, arranging partner contractors, coordinating schedules, and reviewing reports.
Can I register for construction or equipment services other than cleaning?
You can register. We’ll confirm the types of work we can handle and any required qualifications and insurance before referring projects, including work involving HVAC, ventilation, drainage, electrical systems, doors and windows, flooring, lighting, signs, and interior or exterior finishes.
Are photo reports and work records necessary?
For store work, we place importance on before-and-after photos, completion reports, and reporting anything noticed on site. We share reporting procedures in advance so that headquarters and customers with multiple stores can understand the situation.
